7) Financial Reports – Ed Debicki (CCFMS Treasurer; e.g., discuss the financial reports, review the proposed budget, describe the “extraordinary resolution” required by the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act [ONCA] to waive the need for a formal financial audit or a review engagement; vote on these items)
